A. Agreement Contract
Customers agrees to pay David M Armstrong the owner of Unique Web Design a deposit of $40 at the start of agreement to build your website This is a non-refundable agreement fee that goes toward your website. A payment of $50 to $100 or more is due at the beginning of each month until the complete amount is paid. Unless you have sign up for our 90 day payment plan
B. All information that is submitted must be clearly the customers information, photos, & Copyrights.
If any situation that prevents the customer from payment, You as the client may reschedule your payment at least 24 hours prior to your agreement without penalty. which means, you are required to let us know the reason of your non payment within 24 hours by way of phone or text message
D. Cancel / Refunds
Once we began the work on your website you have 24 to 48 hours to cancel. If you have purchased your complete website during this time half of the funds will be refunded; and the $40 dollar are non refundable.
After the completion of your website. all changes that you desire must be communicated within the first 24 hours of finish product. We will make as many changes only during that period of time. if we complete your website; and you decide you don't like it or want it; and would like a refund, only half of complete payment will be refunded
All payments are due in full at the completion date unless payment arrangements have been made. the work will not be processed until payment in full is received. or the amount that is agreed is paid.
G. Important Information required
In order to build your website personal information is required which is confidential. I David M Armstrong the owner of Unique Web design take full responsibility of keeping your important information confidential ;and will use it only for the purpose in which it is intended.
